Kingway – The name says what she is

Kingway at the Bränten wall is THE multypitch route on the southfacing Jura. Bränten wall not only looks friable but is friable. It is surprisingly that Kingway goes through really good rock. The travers on the 3rd pitch has often been taken for a spectacular picture and the sujet was on the title of the first Jura Vertical climbing guidebook, published 1994. Kingway is good equipped and it is possible to walk down. Unterarmsynphonie is another recommendable route. This route goes up through a steep wall with good holds. For performance-based climbers, Bränten isn‘t really interesting, there are more interesting climbing spots within the same area.
