Climbing above the Suldtal with a wonderful view

Höchstböden is located high above the valleys, in one of the first mountain ranges of the Berner Oberland. This climbing spot is known by the locals as the Chüeflue. Between the years 2000 and 2002, a nice multipitch routes has been equipped by the Scalamalade Owners Samuel Diener and Guido Ammon. After the forth pitch, the route becomes vertical and sometimes overhanging. Beside that route, called Ces soirées-là 7a+, there are at the moment no others climbs. In the year 2005, the first on-sight ascent has been made by Matthias Ruh. Since there was no topo until spring 2009, only a few climbers dared to climb the awesome route.
